About

Hello! My name is Hyunjin Cho. I am a combined M.S./Ph.D. student at Yonsei University in the Systems Biology and Bioinformatics Laboratory (SBBL), advised by Prof. Hyobin Jeong. I am interested in omics data analysis, AI for omics, AI for plants, AI for science, and LLM agents. In particular, my vision is to address cellular and cancer-cell heterogeneity and genomic instability through computational biology approaches.
